Insert a Data Table Item

1. Choose a sublayout placeholder area to add the Contact Information rendering into.
a. Optimal sublayout will be a Full-Width-Sublayout if you wish it to display like example above.

2. Select the Data Table tab, then select the Data Table rendering.

3. Click the Select button. The Select Associated Content dialog box appears.

4. Select the Data Table item, then select the Create link.

5. Enter the name of the Data Table information.

6. The Data Table rendering will appear in the page, ready to edit.

7. Save your changes.

Edit a Data Table Item

The Data Table rendering is made up of:
• Tabular Data Table

1. Select the Insert New Row icon from the toolbox to edit the link types added.

2. Enter the name of the Data Table Row.

3. Select OK. The data table row item will be created, but no visual changes will display yet. Repeat steps 1-3 for each data table row you wish to create.

4. Save your changes.

5. Select the Data Table Properties icon from the toolbox to edit the link types added.

6. Enter the number of columns your table requires.

7. Select the Select all link to move all the data rows to the right box so they can be displayed.

8. Select OK.

9. Save your changes to see the data table displayed.

10. For each cell, select the [No text in field] to add content.

11. To add a title to the Data Table, select the sublayout to view the toolbox.
a. NOTE: Adding a title can only be done if the Full-Width-Sublayout is being used.

12. Select the Edit Display Settings icon.

13. Enter the name of the Data Table in the Section Title field.

14. Select OK.

15. Save your changes to see the data table displayed.

• 4-8-Sublayout (in the larger area)
• 8-4-Sublayout (in the larger area)
• 6-6-Sublayout
