Regional Transition Networks (RTN)
CT Regional Transition Networks
A Training and Networking Opportunity for Secondary Transition Educators & Professionals
The Regional Transition Networks (RTNs) are a collaborative effort among the Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE), the State Education Resource Center (SERC), and the Regional Educational Service Centers (RESCs). Established from a need expressed by Connecticut’s secondary transition specialists, these regional networks are locally run. Each area sets its own agenda and provides training specifically requested by its members. These training sessions provide a wonderful opportunity for educators new to the field of secondary transition as well as seasoned professionals to network and share topics and issues crucial to the area of secondary transition. All services are free of charge. For more information or to request disability-related accommodation needed for participation, contact the representative in your region.
