Working Days (in-person):

The purpose of a Working Day is to actively work toward successful collection completion. During these sessions you have time to work on upload issues, error reports, and data cleaning with on-site support from CSDE. These sessions are open to any level of experience and both LEA's and APSEPs are welcome to attend. These are not formal training sessions.

  • When training is scheduled all individuals with the "TCS User" role are notified via email.
  • The "TCS User" role can be assigned or removed in Directory manager. Contact your Security Manager for assistance.
