The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) establishes statewide contracts, registers vendors, manages procurement portals, and more.
The Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) manages business and vendor licensing for over 800 license types regulated by State agencies.
The Department of Transportation (DOT) manages construction contracts related to state highways, bridges, and roads.
The Office of Policy Management (OPM) establishes the policies and procedures for procurement and contracting in Connecticut. They also review State agencies’ requests to enter into Personal Service Agreements and Purchase of Service contracts.
