What is an agency compliance audit?
The State Contracting Standards Board (SCSB) conducts individual agency audits every three years to ensure agencies follow State procurement laws and regulations issued by the Department of Administrative Services and the Office of Policy Management. At the end of the cycle, we provide a final report to summarize the findings.
During each agency audit, SCSB reviews a sample of an agency’s active contracts to determine whether they meet requirements. We also provide recommendations for improvement. View all audits below.
