  • The primary objective of this online course is to offer the foundational elements of FOIA, including proactive disclosures and procedural requirements.  The course also includes an overview of FOIA’s exemptions from mandatory disclosure, timelessness.

  • This online course is designed to introduce you to several fundamental and general procurement concepts and different contract types, focusing on the six most commonly used in the state. Additionally, we will understand the significance and differences between DAS and OPM procurement roles, as well as the basics of their processes. We will learn how to procure goods and services in the state of Connecticut, enabling us to identify different variables associated with the various contract types overseen by each department and understand the approval process.
