What is the Privatization Contract Committee?

The Privatization Contract Committee is a division of the State Contracting Standards Board (SCSB). The Committee is responsible for determining whether an agency can outsource an existing State service to a contractor or vendor.
The Committee reviews cost-benefit analyses, business cases, and more information submitted by agencies to make their determination.
