Request for Consultant to Assist with 2023 Clean and Renewable Energy Report

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist in PURA’s annual review of the clean and renewable energy programs and policies in Connecticut, specifically aiding in the preparation of the 2023 Clean and Renewable Energy (CRE) Report. The purpose of the 2023 CRE Report is to provide greater transparency and insight into the State’s CRE programs and procurements for all stakeholders and state policymakers by providing the most up-to-date and comprehensive data available regarding ratepayer-funded programs.

Submission of Proposals
Proposals must be submitted electronically on or before 11:59 PM EST, April 28, 2023. Respondents shall submit Proposals by email to PURA.RFP@ct.gov as an attachment or via a secure cloud-based link. The subject line of the email must reference “RFP #2023-02, 2023 Clean and Renewable Energy Program Data and Report.” Late submissions will not be accepted. The Proposal must be in PDF (portable document file) format and must be searchable. PURA can accept electronic files no larger than 25 MB.
