Subject:   Field Training Manuals

The Connecticut Police Academy recently awarded a five-(5) year contract to Gould Publications of Binghampton, New York, to supply the Academy with the Police Officer’s Field Training Manual.

The five-(5) year contract was at the suggestion of the Police Officer Standards and Training Council which also requested that the contract allow individual law enforcement agencies to obtain the manuals, should they so desire, at the same quoted price.

The quoted prices for the manuals and supplements can be found on the attached bid sheet. Disregard the "Proposal for P.O.S.T.C. Only" as that concerns the number of copies and delivery dates for the Academy.

Any agency that wishes may obtain the manuals and the supplements at the quoted prices. Please feel free to make your own arrangements.
