Telecommunications License Agreement Review and Comments

The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management (OPM), is seeking proposals to provide certain services related to the review and comment on a draft, standard state-wide telecommunications license agreement that will be used in all instances where the State of Connecticut licenses land or buildings for the construction and/or installation of telecommunications equipment with a particular emphasis on cell towers.

The intent of the request is to identify eligible telecommunication consultants that have a demonstrated expertise and track record in analysis related to telecommunication license or lease agreements, pricing, installation and site selection.  Proposers must be independent consultants with no affiliation with any major carrier in the telecommunications industry.
