The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management is seeking proposals to provide certain services related to a review and analysis of the scope, design, cost, budget and related matters of the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation New Haven Rail Maintenance Facility expansion project. 

The intent of the request is to identify individuals or firms with the necessary expertise to provide all services in connection with this review and analysis within a stated timeframe.
