IGP: Consulting and Technical Services for Governmental and Non-Profit Accounting, Auditing, Budgeting and Reporting

The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management (hereinafter OPM) is seeking a proposer to provide ongoing technical and expert consultative assistance involving governmental and nonprofit accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial reporting, and other related matters pertaining to the State Single Audit Act, the Municipal Auditing Act, the State's implementation of GAAP based budgeting, and other issues on an as needed basis.  The proposer shall also assist the OPM in the development and preparation of updates to the State Single Audit Compliance Supplement.  The proposer may also assist the OPM in the review of State Single Audit reports on as needed basis if necessary.

These services are authorized in accordance with the Municipal Auditing Act (Chapter 111 of the Connecticut General Statutes), the State Single Audit Act (Connecticut General Statutes, sections 4-230 to 4-236) and Governor Malloy’s Executive Order No. 1.
