Request for Proposals for Services
Electric Conservation Programs Study

The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management, is seeking proposals to provide certain services related to assisting the Connecticut Energy Advisory Board (CEAB) in conducting a study on the efficacy, innovativeness and customer focus on electric conservation programs.  The intent of the request is to identify individuals or firms with the necessary expertise to provide an analysis of and a written report on the electric conservation programs offered in Connecticut to the CEAB  within a stated timeframe.
