Cost Recovery Audit of Energy Utility Bills
The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management, is seeking proposals to provide certain services related to a cost recovery audit of energy utility bills for Executive Branch agencies.
The intent of the request is to identify individuals or firms with the necessary expertise to provide a cost recovery audit of the State of Connecticut's energy related utility billings/account payables within a stated timeframe.
