The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management (hereinafter “State”) is seeking a proposer to provide technical support to the Connecticut Energy Advisory Board (hereinafter “CEAB” or “Board”) with regard to its statutory responsibilities relating to the annual electric resources procurement plan process.

The intent of the request is to identify individuals or firms with the necessary expertise to provide technical consulting services to the CEAB on the complex issues that are embodied in an integrated resource plan for electric generation resources within a stated timeframe.
