Public Act 19-78 directs the Office of Policy and Management to develop an interagency plan to coordinate and align delivery of services to assist families to overcome barriers to economic success. This plan shall begin implementation on January 1, 2020. Embracing the 2Generation Whole Family Approach, and working in concert with the 2Generation Advisory Board, OPM has prepared a preliminary plan.
