The official Notice of Grant Award (NOGA), Statement of Work (SOW), submittal instructions and requirements specific to your organization’s grant award(s) have been sent accordingly.
Reminder:
For New Construction, Renovation/Improvement and Energy Conservation projects that have been executed, Grantees must obtain and provide the following documentation:
- An active Certificate of Insurance (COI) from the selected contractor(s)
- A Performance Bond for applicable projects
Please refer to the Grantee Submittal Documents page and the NGP Special Grant Conditions (#6 and #7) for the specific requirements.
The documents listed above must be sent to OPM.NPGrantProgramApplications@ct.gov along with your initial Reimbursement Request, for review. Reimbursements cannot be processed without all required documentation.
IMPORTANT ADVISORY! Prospective grantees are reminded that any announcement or notification of an award does not constitute a contract, and as such, prospective grantees should not incur any NGP-grant-funded expenditures or begin any NGP-grant-funded project work until it has a fully executed contract with OPM. Expenditures incurred before the start date or after the end date of the fully executed contract will not be eligible for reimbursement. Grantees will be provided with a fully executed contract once the grantee has met all contract execution requirements.
