Juvenile Justice & Youth Development

The Juvenile Justice & Youth Development grant programs and services are no longer administered by the Criminal Justice Policy and Planning Division (CJPPD) of the Office of Policy and Management.  Legacy web content for those Juvenile Justice & Youth Development programs and services are available for review.

 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) – Stimulus Act/Recovery Act

The Connecticut Office of Policy and Management (OPM) was the Connecticut state agency charged with implementing the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) – Stimulus Act/Recovery Act.  The Criminal Justice Policy and Planning Division administered the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program and the STOP Violence Against Women (STOP VAW) Formula Grant under the Federal ARRA program during 2009-2013.
