The legislative proposals posted here have been submitted by state agencies and have been vetted by the Office of the Governor for submission to the General Assembly as Executive Branch legislative recommendations. Legislative proposals submitted to the General Assembly are subject to further review and revision as part of the legislative process. They are posted here for the convenience of the public. The Governor will submit budget recommendations along with legislative proposals to the General Assembly in February 2026.
