Filing a Required Notice
Connecticut hospitals and hospital systems are required to submit a written report describing each affiliation with another hospital or hospital system to the Office of Health Strategy (OHS) and the Office of Attorney General (OAG).
Affiliation refers to the formation of a relationship between two or more entities that would permit the entities to negotiate jointly with third parties over rates for professional medical services.
The Annual Reports are required to be filed annually by January 15th.
