What is a health care facility?
Connecticut defines health care facilities in its general statutes. They include the five types of facilities that the Office of Health Strategy regulates. These include hospitals, freestanding emergency departments, and outpatient surgical facilities. For a complete list, see C.G.S. Section 19a-630
