Is there a fee for filing a CON application?

Yes, you’ll have to pay a fee when you send your Certificate of Need application to OHS. The fee is based on the estimated cost of your proposal. Please visit the Certificate of Need Forms and Fees page to learn more.

Please note that a CON determination, to see if a CON is required, is free.
