  Governor Dannel P. Malloy announced today at a meeting with a delegation of officials from Guangdong Province that he has accepted an invitation to participate in the World Economic Forum Summit in Tianjin, China.   Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that international media and information company Thomson Reuters has relocated its U.S. insurance subsidiary from Delaware to Connecticut.
