Approved healthcare providers either enter information directly into the CT WiZ system or the information is securely and automatically transferred from their electronic health record (EHR) system to CT WiZ.
To be approved, healthcare providers request access to CT WiZ and the CT Department of Public Health (DPH) reviews and approves their access. These individuals must sign a user agreement and confidentiality agreement to access CT WiZ.
