Overview

While named as the lead agency for the CFI and the Commissioner charged with convening a broad-based advisory council to assist in the planning and implementation of the CFI, Department of Social Services (DSS) never approached this as an agency-specific endeavor. As a systems change effort, our state and local partners’ active involvement has been critical for any successes in what the collaborative sets out to do for Connecticut’s fathers and families.
