Awards/Payment

Following the receipt and review of your application, you will receive an email from the Department that includes an Attestation form, a Cost Report, and an award amount. You must complete the Cost Report with your proposed budget that aligns with your accepted award amount. Each organization will determine how much of the award they choose to accept based on the eligible award amount and their proposed budget.

The Attestation and Cost Report with the proposed budget must be filled out, signed, and returned by September 25, 2024, 11:59pm.

Please return Cost Reports and Attestations to the Department of Social Services by emailing
Inhomesafety.dss@ct.gov.

Award Distribution:

Your award/payment will be dispersed following the receipt of the signed Attestation and Cost Report with the proposed budget. Funds will be deposited in the organization’s account as the dollar payment your organization accepted on the attestation. Funding will be issued no later than October 31, 2024.
Funds must be used by June 30, 2025. Any remaining funds that have not been spent by June 30, 2025, must be returned to the Department.
