CT-Vitals for Funeral Directors and Embalmers

Responsibilities/Role

Funeral directors are responsible for continuing or starting death records by entering the decedent's personal information. Using CT-Vitals, funeral directors can print out disposition permits, request cremation authorization and medical certification, and request amendments to the demographic portion of the record.
