After you place a vaccine order in CT WiZ, please track and accept the inventory shipment (PDF) directly in CT WiZ.
- Vaccine shipments must be received in CT WiZ in order for it to be added to your on-hand inventory.
- Click here for the process for reporting shipping or delivery issues with Varicella or MMRV vaccine.
- Any issues with Merck deliveries (Varivax, Proquad and/or diluent) should be reported in the "CDC/VFC Vaccine Inquiry Tool".
All other issues with Connecticut Vaccine Program (CVP) vaccine deliveries should be reported to our DPH Helpdesk immediately (and select Immunizations (CT WiZ) – Clinic Administration – CT WiZ Training and Inventory Support – CT WiZ Inventory Management).
