Scope of Work:

Selective demolition.  Removal of existing asphalt shingle roofing systems down to existing roof sheathing as shown on the Drawings.  Replacement of existing porch and stair components as shown on the Drawings.  Provide new second floor front porch and porch roof as shown on the Drawings.  Asbestos Abatement, Lead Based Paint and Microbial Remediation.
