Scope of Work: |
Selective demolition. Lifting existing house framing. New concrete unit masonry foundation walls with and without stone veneer. New concrete footings and concrete piers. New wood-framed building addition. New wood decks and associated stairs, railings and roofs. Selective interior renovations. New exterior doors and windows as shown on the Drawings, and in the Specifications. Modifications to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to accommodate lifting of structure. Asbestos Abatement and Lead Based Paint Abatement.
