5. Market Access and Diversification.
*Access to Capital and Financial Planning and Access to Resources, Infrastructure, and Business Planning have combined to make the working group: Access to Resources and Capital.
The core working group will synthesize all the recommendations from the topic sub-working groups to develop a cohesive report and action plan for long-term implementation.
