    Notice of intent to revise the State Implementation Plan for proposed issuance of Consent Order No. 8383 to Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC in Cromwell to establish emission standards that are determined to satisfy Reasonably Available Control Technology pursuant to Section 22a-174-32(e)(1)(D). Written comments are due by July 1, 2024. There are no changes to this notice, therefore the July 10, 2024 public hearing will be held as scheduled.
