Non-tidal Permits

Licenses for Activities in Non-Tidal Waters

Non-tidal refers to inland wetlands, watercourses, and non-consumptive diversion projects.

Supporting documents can be found on our LWRD Forms and Instructions page.

Disclaimer: DEEP only regulates inland wetlands on state land or associated with state action. All other inland wetland projects are regulated at the municipal level. Please view our Inland Wetlands and Watercourses pages for more information. Projects in or adjacent to non-state managed inland wetlands may still require permits from other state programs.
