Connecticut is pursuing an all-of-the-above energy strategy to ensure residents and businesses have access to affordable, reliable power with the lowest possible impact on health and the environment. The state is working to modernize our energy landscape – including a mix of traditional energy sources, solar, wind, fuel cells, and battery storage—to lower costs, strengthen grid reliability, and reduce emissions that contribute the extreme weather events we experience with more and more frequency and intensity.

This dashboard tracks Connecticut’s progress in expanding the renewable energy options through key initiatives such as Residential and Non-Residential Renewable Energy Solutions (RRES & NRES), Shared Clean Energy Facilities (SCEF), and grid-scale procurements.
