| Saturday, August 1 | Credential order due with payment (for tickets, parking, dead storage, delivery card, etc.). Must be in the hands of Eastern States Exposition by this date. | |
| Before August 14 | Application for Food Permit with payment due to the Town of West Springfield's Health Department |
