How to Apply
The Connecticut Building application period opens on January 2, 2026. The deadline for applying is March 1, 2026.

The application consists of the following questions:
- Legal Business Name of Organization or Sole Proprietor’s Full Name
- DBA
- What type of business are you operating as (Sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, etc.)
- Point of Contact Name
- Year of Business Formation
- Business Address
- Brick and Mortar Address (if applicable)
- Tell us what you love about Connecticut
- Type of Exhibitor (full-time, part-time, showcase)
- If Part-time or showcase, please indicate your preferred dates. If full-time, type N/A.
- Indicate your preferred booth dimensions
- Are you a minority-owned business?
- Are you a women-owned business?
- Are you a veteran-owned business?
- Your business must be registered with the Connecticut Secretary of the State (SOS) and be "In Good Standing", which means to be up-to-date on its filing requirements. Click HERE to look up your business' ALEI number. Note: Not applicable to a Sole Proprietorship
- Provide your ALEI number
- How will your booth support the purpose of the Connecticut Building? Be specific.
- In bullet format, provide a detailed list of the items you would like to offer. For each item, include detailed information about how/where/by whom the item is made, manufactured, grown or created.
- Upload documentation that goods/products are made in Connecticut. Note: Items manufactured outside Connecticut are ineligible.
- Beside the opportunity to make money, tell us why you want to be a vendor in the Connecticut Building.
- How will you create an enjoyable experience for fair-goers? Be specific.
- List other fairs/shows/expositions in which you have participated. Include the year of participation and contact person for each event.
- Upload at least one (1) letter of recommendation from a prior event in which you participated.
- Where else are your goods/products sold? (i.e. Etsy, Amazon, local gift shops) Provide links, if applicable.
- Upload images of your display and/or schematic drawing of your display.
- Indicate the equipment, utilities and amenities that you require. Please note there may be additional expenses for below items.
