Eligibility

Only one (1) application may be submitted per eligible applicant.

Connecticut Artists may apply to the program if you are:

• 18 years of age or older at the time of application deadline.
• a full-time resident of Connecticut at the time of application deadline and continue to be a full-time resident at the time the award is granted. NOTE: Grantees must be able to complete a W9 and supply proof of CT residency.

You are ineligible if you:

• submit incomplete or late submissions.
• have an overdue final report for any grant from the Office of the Arts. 
• are an organization / business (non-profit or for-profit), municipal office, school, library, etc.
• are a staff member of the Office of the Arts or an immediate family member.
