The following Medical Marijuana credentials have transitioned to credentials that apply for backers and employees in both medical marijuana and adult-use cannabis establishments:

Backers

• Medical Marijuana Dispensary Facility Backer is now Backer
• Medical Marijuana Producer Facility Backer is now Backer

Employees

• Medical Marijuana Dispensary Facility Employee is now Employee
• Medical Marijuana Producer Facility Employee is now Employee

Please note that an employee with a management position of President, chief officer, financial manager, compliance manager, or an equivalent title must now register as a Key Employee.
