Grocery Stores: Minors are allowed inside grocery stores unaccompanied by an adult.
Package Stores: Minors are only allowed inside a package store to purchase non-alcoholic items or if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Restaurants and cafes: Minors are allowed inside restaurants and cafes only to consume food prepared on that permit premises.
- Minors are never allowed to stand or sit at a bar, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- If the barroom is separate from the dining room, no minors are allowed in the barroom unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Manufacturing premises (e.g., breweries, wineries, distilleries): Minors are allowed inside restaurants only to consume food prepared on that permit premises.
