A permitted premises is allowed to serve one person two drinks at the same time. The permitted premises should monitor to prevent the drinks from being given by the patron to minors or intoxicated persons.
A beverage that contains more than one serving in a container shall only be served to more than one person. For example, a bottle of wine, pitcher of beer, or “fish-bowl” style cocktail beverage must be served to at least two people. Similarly, “bottle service” should only be offered to a group of people.
