Hours and location requirements for the Festival Permit

When can the festival be held? 

A Festival Permit can be effective for up to four consecutive days. It can be held during any month of the year. The hours you may sell or serve alcohol at your festival are: Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please note that some towns may be more restrictive. You should contact your town to confirm the permitted hours.

Where can a festival be held? 

A Festival Permit can be issued to an event that is solely indoors, solely outdoors, or is held both indoors and outdoors. You should check with your town to see if any local ordinances limit your venue options.
