Allows the sale and consumption of beer or wine or canned beverages containing spirits on the premises of any fair grounds, ball park, amusement park, indoor-outdoor amphitheater, outdoor amphitheater contiguous to and under the same ownership as an amusement park, public golf course (not less than 9 holes and length of at least 2750 yards) or sports arena
