Description
For clubs and fraternal organizations that have members and by-laws
Allows beer, cider, wine, and spirits to be sold to members and their guests
Allows alcohol sales and room rentals to members of public, provided profits from those activities supports nonprofit mission and receipts do not exceed 15% of the club’s gross receipts
Special Requirements
Submit documentation showing registered for business with state of Connecticut
Been in existence for three years or part of a national association for one year
