Instructions for Liquor Law Education Program

After completing the Liquor Law Education Program, you must upload a PDF of your certificate to eLicense. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your credential.

Part 1: Complete the Liquor Law Education Program 

To complete the Liquor Law Education Program, you must first create an account in the Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) Learning Management System.

  1. Open Saba
  2. Click “Sign Up.”
  3. Complete the registration form using the following guidance:
    • Email Address: Use your work or professional email address
    • Security Keyword: DCP
    • License Type: Select the license type issued to you by the Department of Consumer Protection
    • License/Badge Number: If you do not have a license number, enter 000000
    • Learning Pathway: Select Liquor Control
  4. Check “I’m not a robot.”
  5. Click “Sign Up.”

You will receive a confirmation email from dcp@sabacloud.com with the subject line “Welcome to Saba Cloud!”. Follow the instructions in that email to activate your account. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folders.

Please note: dcp@sabacloud.com is not a monitored email address. For assistance with the DCP Learning Management System, contact DCP.Learning@ct.gov.

  1. After activating your account, create a password.
  2. Once logged in, select “Online Training” to enroll in and complete the Liquor Law Education Program. 

Part 2: Submit Completion Information in eLicense

After completing the Liquor Law Education Program, each required contact must submit their completion information through eLicense

  1. Open eLicense
  2. Log in using your username: xxx
  3. Under Online Services, select License Maintenance
  4. Click Start next to your credential: Pending Issuance
  5. From the maintenance options, select Liquor Education Program
  6. Complete and submit the required information.

NOTE: Please upload a PDF of your certificate. For mobile device users, you may attach a screenshot of your certificate. This process must be completed for each required contact associated with the license.
