Connecticut General Statutes Section 20-636(b):
On and after January 1, 2024, each pharmacy shall affix a fluorescent orange sticker or label to each container or packaging in which an opioid drug, as defined in section 20-14o, or controlled substance in schedule II, III, IV or V, is sold or dispensed, containing the following statement in black ink:
“DANGER TO CHILDREN
KEEP OUT OF REACH”.
