The State of Connecticut requires a Wholesaler of Drugs, Medical Devices and/or Cosmetics for distribution of durable medical equipment (DME) when the facility accepts a prescription or order of a practitioner.

NOTE: Pharmacies that distribute Drugs, Medical Devices, and/or Cosmetics into the State of Connecticut must register as a Non-Resident Pharmacy.
