Locations in Connecticut will be subject to inspection prior to being approved to distribute drugs, medical devices and/or cosmetics. If you are an out-of-state wholesaler, you will not be required to be inspected by the State of Connecticut, however, you will need to provide a copy of your home state license. If you distribute controlled substances, you must also provide a copy of your Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
