You are required to notify the Department of Consumer Protection, Drug Control Division within 30 days of a change of ownership. To make a change of ownership, log into your account in eLicense and use the License Maintenance function to update the information. Be sure to detail the change and the effective date. You do not need to submit a new application. An inspection is required for any change of ownership of a Wholesaler of Drugs, Medical Devices and/or Cosmetics registration located within Connecticut.
