Yes. You need to register as an Out of State Manufacturer as would the company that is manufacturing the product for you (if they have not done so already). We understand that you may not have a registration with the Food and Drug Administration, please make a note of that when sending in the information. It is the responsibility of the virtual manufacturer to see that their contract manufacturers obtain a manufacturer's license. The application will not be considered complete until this information is provided.
