Section 20-634 of the general statutes requires group practices that dispense a seventy-two-hour supply of legend drugs or legend devices to register with the Department of Consumer Protection. The law is effective January 1, 2024.
Purpose
This registration is required for group practices that dispense legend drugs or legend devices.
Prerequisites
- Register for access to the electronic prescription drug monitoring program.
